Careers at Sigma Therapies
Join a clinician-led therapy team in Perth
Registered Psychologist and Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner
Psychologists already doing PBS, or psychologists wanting to develop into PBS.
Occupational Therapist
Flexible community-based therapy across NDIS, private/self-funded clients and future service areas.
Head of Speech Pathology / Founding Speech Pathologist
A senior role to establish and grow Sigm Therapies’ Speech Pathology service.
Our main office is in Bibra Lake, and our clinicians support a mix of NDIS participants and private/self-funded clients. Sigma is also exploring aged care services, so the right clinicians may have the opportunity to help shape that area as it develops.
We are looking for clinicians who want meaningful clinical work without a high-volume burnout culture. You will be supported with supervision, admin assistance, flexible scheduling, report-writing time and a team that understands the realities of community-based practice.
Why clinicians join Sigma Therapies
We know community-based clinical work can become unsustainable when clinicians are overloaded, unsupported or expected to absorb too much admin.
At Sigma Therapies, we are building roles around clinical quality, flexibility, and proper support.
You can expect:
- a clinician-led team
- a main office and team base in Bibra Lake
- work-from-home flexibility for report writing and administration
- support with bookings and admin
- supervision and case discussion
- realistic caseload expectations
- flexibility around FTE and working days
- private/self-funded, NDIS and future aged care service development opportunities
- paid travel or travel reimbursement, depending on employment structure
- CPD support
- practical templates and systems
- a team culture that values honesty, reliability, respect and clinical care
We are looking for people who want to do good work and stay well while doing it.
