PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES

Standard Consultation Fee

Our standard consultation fee is $229.60 per 50-minute session in the clinic, via telehealth, or by phone.


Home visits: $236.19 (session fee only — travel is charged separately).


Couples counselling (50 min): $255.00/session.

PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES

Medicare Rebates

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan from their GP are eligible for Medicare rebates.


Mental Health Care Plan (clinic, telehealth or phone): our fee is $229.60. Medicare will subsidise 10 sessions per calendar year, providing a rebate of $101.55 per session. This means that out-of-pocket costs per session will be $128.05 after the Medicare rebate.


Mental Health Care Plan (home visit): our fee is $236.19. Medicare rebate is $127.50 (a higher rebate applies for home visits), the out-of-pocket cost is $108.69. Session fee only — travel is charged separately and is not Medicare-claimable.

Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan

Patients can access up to 5 allied health services per calendar year under the CDM Plan. These five services are shared among all allied health providers, including psychologists.


If a patient needs services from multiple providers (e.g., a psychologist, dietitian, and physiotherapist), the total number of sessions with each provider will be limited. A referral from a GP is required for these services to be eligible for Medicare rebates.


Our fee is $229.60, the rebate is $63.40, out-of-pocket is $166.20 per session.

NDIS Clients

We welcome NDIS clients and are able to provide services either at our practice or by travelling to your location.


We accept all NDIS client types: self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed. Our fees for NDIS clients are aligned with the NDIS price guide to ensure you receive the appropriate support.

PSYCHOLOGY SERVICES

DCPFS (Department of Child Protection and Family Support) Clients

We provide psychological services for clients referred by the Department of Child Protection and Family Support (DCPFS) under a 665 DCPFS contract, which is created by the DCPFS case worker after discussing fees with us.


The fees for DCPFS clients need to be discussed on a case-by-case basis. We tailor our services and fees to meet the individual needs and requirements outlined by DCPFS.

Comprehensive ADHD Assessments

Affordable and Accessible Care


Our ADHD assessments are designed to be comprehensive and affordable. Cost is $1,500 total, billed as two fixed-fee appointments ($750 intake and assessment, $750 feedback and report).


This ensures that you receive a complete and accurate diagnosis, along with a detailed report to guide your next steps.

EMDR Therapy for Trauma

Our EMDR therapy sessions are set at our standard rate of $229.60. 


If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP), you will be eligible for a rebate of $101.55 per session, with an out-of-pocket cost of $128.05 per session.


The number of sessions required can vary depending on your individual needs and progress.

Eating Disorder Plan

Patients can access up to 40 psychological services per calendar year under the Eating Disorder Plan. Additionally, patients can access up to 20 dietetic services per calendar year. The Eating Disorder Plan is specifically designed to provide extensive support for individuals with clinically diagnosed eating disorders.


Referrals must come from a medical practitioner (GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician) who has developed the Eating Disorder Plan.

Private Health Insurance

Private health insurers may provide a rebate for psychology consultations. The rebate depends upon the company rebate policy and your level of insurance coverage.

In certain circumstances, we may be able to take on clients at a reduced fee.

OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

Occupational Therapy Fees
  • Private consultation (50 min): $201.25 — clinic, telehealth or phone. Home visits: $201.95 (session fee only — travel charged separately).
  • Medicare — Mental Health Care Plan (clinic, telehealth or phone): our fee is $201.25, rebate is $89.50, out-of-pocket cost is $111.75.
  • Medicare — Mental Health Care Plan (home visit): our fee is $235.94, Medicare rebate is $115.35 (a higher rebate applies for home visits), out-of-pocket cost is $120.59. Session fee only — travel charged separately and not Medicare-claimable.
  • Medicare — Chronic Disease Management: our fee is $200.60, rebate is $63.40, out-of-pocket cost is $137.20.
  • NDIS: $193.99 per hour, in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements (line item 15_617_0128_1_3).

POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT

Behaviour Support for NDIS Clients

We welcome NDIS clients and are able to provide Positive Behaviour Support services either at our practice or by travelling to your location.


We accept all NDIS client types: self-managed, plan-managed and agency-managed.


Fees: $252.99 per hour — behaviour assessment and plan development (11_022_0110_7_3) and plan implementation/training (11_023_0110_7_3).


Our fees for NDIS clients are aligned with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits to ensure you receive the appropriate support.

TRAVEL

Home and community visit fees are for the session only — travel is charged separately and agreed upfront before any appointment. For NDIS participants, travel follows the NDIS Pricing Arrangements: no extra charge for short trips, and a capped travel fee may apply for longer distances.
