Occupational Therapist

Bibra Lake base | Community-based Perth role | NDIS, private and future aged care opportunities

Sigma Therapies is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our Perth-based therapy team.

This role can include NDIS participants and private/self-funded clients. Sigma is also exploring aged care services, so there may be future opportunity to help shape that area as it develops.

This role is based from our Bibra Lake office, with community-based appointments across Perth and work-from-home flexibility for report writing and administration.

We are looking for an OT who wants meaningful community work, a supportive team and a caseload that is structured properly.


  • About the role

    Depending on your experience and interests, this role may include:

    • functional capacity assessments
    • assistive technology assessments and applications
    • home and living assessments
    • therapy and capacity building
    • sensory assessments and intervention
    • private/self-funded OT assessment and therapy clients
    • paediatric, adolescent, adult or mixed community work, depending on experience
    • future aged care OT work as Sigma develops that service area
    • report writing and NDIS documentation
    • collaboration with psychologists, PBS practitioners, the future Speech Pathology service and support teams

  • Essential requirements

    You must have:

    • AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
    • eligibility to work in Australia
    • willingness to complete required NDIS worker screening requirements
    • a current driver licence and access to a reliable vehicle
    • strong written communication and report-writing skills

  • Remuneration

    $90,000 to $110,000 plus super, depending on experience. Bonus structure, PD support, paid study time and flexible working arrangements available.

    This is a community-based role across Perth, with work-from-home flexibility for report writing, planning and administration.


    Sigma Therapies also has satellite spaces across Perth, which may be used where appropriate for client appointments or meetings. However, this role is primarily connected to our Bibra Lake team.
