Antonio Soon is a passionate and empathetic psychologist with broad experience across child, adolescent, young adult, and disability services, including work with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and CALD (culturally and
linguistically diverse) communities. His diverse background across private practice, disability support, and vocational rehabilitation settings equips him to deliver highly individualized, evidence-based interventions that foster lasting client outcomes.
Antonio’s career began with role at the vocational rehabilitation sector, where he honed his skills in rehabilitation consulting, vocational assessments, and supporting clients through psychological injury recovery. He advanced his expertise through
positions within the NDIS sector, where he conducted functional behaviour assessments and developed comprehensive behaviour support plans for NDIS participants.
In private practice, Antonio administered a wide range of psychometric assessments and focused on delivering evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Interpersonal Therapy
(IPT), helping neurodivergent individuals build emotional regulation, resilience, and improved mental health.
